Our Guest Houses, which can cater for all your Accommodation and Conference needs, are easy accessable and well situated in Summerstrand, Port Elizabeth within 300m from our lovely Blue Flag Beaches. We are walking distance to all main Beachfront activities such as the Boardwalk, Casino, Humewood Golf Course, Schools, 5 min from Port Elizabeth Airport and situated right next to Pick & Pay Shopping centre. We offer secure parking, and is within 200m from Public Transport.
The Conference Venue can seat between 22 and 30 delegates depending on seating style and is only available to Guest House sleep in Guests !! Please contact the office to discuss the rates.
Full day and Half day Packages are available with or without light Breakfast and Light Lunch.
Venue hire is included in our diffirent Conference Package Rates. Should the amount of delegates be less than 15 people, diffirent rate per person will apply.

TERMS & CONDITIONS:
1. RATES ARE NEGOTIABLE FOR CONFERENCES – 3 DAYS OR MORE.
2. A REFUNDABLE BREAKAGE DEPOSIT OF R300 WILL APPLY TO ALL CONFERENCE VENUE BOOKINGS.
3. VENUE IS AVAILABLE MONDAY TO FRIDAY AT ABOVE PACKAGE RATES
4. SATURDAY RATES WILL HAVE A 5 % INCREASE ON ABOVE RATES.
5. SUNDAY RATES WILL HAVE A 15 % INCREASE ON ABOVE RATES.
6. DEPOSIT : 50% TO CONFIRM THE VENUE (NON REFUNDABLE)
7. BALANCE PAYABLE : 2 DAY’S PRIOR TO THE CONFERENCE DATE
8. NO CANCELLATION WILL BE ACCEPTED ONCE THE VENUE HAS BEEN BOOKED AND DEPOSIT HAS BEEN PAID. YOU WILL BE LIABLE FOR THE FULL OUTSTANDING AMOUNT WEATHER THE VENUE HAS BEEN USED OR NOT.
9. SHOULD THE CONFERENCE EXCEED THE TIME FRAME INCLUDED IN THE PACKAGES ABOVE, AND ADDITIONAL HOURLY RATE OF R300 PER HOUR WILL APPLY.
